What information do I need to provide to get started?
To kick things off, we’ll need a few details from you: your business name and industry, your target audience, your preferred design style (you can share inspiration or references), your color preferences or existing brand guidelines if any, and which package you’d like to go with. The more context you provide, the better we can tailor the experience to your vision. You can share all of this through our online consultation form or during your intro call.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our consultation packages. If you’re not happy with the initial concept delivery, we provide one free revision round. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no work has commenced. For ongoing packages, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your concerns.
